With a name like adidas Originals Enforcer Mid, you know this is a burly post-oriented basketball shoe, but how familiar are you with the classic lines? The Enforcer takes us back to the days before roundball kicks were gunning for the title of lightest and most breathable, with traditional materials and stability from the combination of ankle strap and sturdy cupsole. These newest pairs show off a luxurious side as well, the  Pellegrini Snakeskin' Enforcers showing up in black and brown pairs similar to the Superstar 80s also about to release.

The shoe combines the beginning of the EQT line in 1991 with 2016 for an updated take on the classic EQT Support, featuring modern materials and a sleeker silhouette. The Holiday times tend to be filled with copious amounts of sneaker releases that range from highly limited exclusives to GR models in intriguing colorways. This year is no different, as adidas is lighting up the shelves with the Yeezy Boost 350 V2 "Beluga 2.0" and Jordan Brand has three "Wheat" offerings scattered throughout the week.

White Mountaineering puts a twist to the model through premium nubuck on the medial side with  Equipment' and  ADV_WM_SS17' labeled for good measure. The ribbon branding on the three stripes side panel is a holdover from the adidas EQT Support 93, and is adorned with additional White Mountaineering text. What do you think of the look? Update September 1, 2018: adidas Originals took to social media to tease the official announcement of their collaboration with the legendary global anime series Dragon Ball Z.

Molded TPU panels around the heel and forefoot add extra support, while classic EQT elements such as integrated 3-stripe mark, 3-stripe midsole details and heel embroidery embody the shoe's EQT connections. On the other end, the ADV running silhouette is a modern adaptation of the classic Racing deigns in which the Three Stripes step out in this updated women's exclusive that comes adorned in a soft blue and grey color scheme. This model combines a stretch-knit upper with the OG's unique webbing tape lacing system and asymmetrical tongue for ease of entry, superior fit and comfort. All three of the selections you see below will be available at select retailers as well as on February 1st.
